We Are the Mediocre Justices

Well, at least I know why Don Scalia's "originalism" allows him to find that all of his personal beliefs are supported by the Constitution.

That's a really scary bit of history, and it amazes me that idolizers of the Founding Fathers tolerate sympathy with such a nihilistic attitude towards the latters' values.
