Do You Have a Receipt, Quote-Unquote Sir?

It's astonishing, and appalling, how many of the commenters over at The Consumerist exhibit an assholey, Soup-Nazi–like insistence upon flawless customer conduct, such that a single misstep by the customer validates any number of abuses by the business.

I wonder how many of those jerk commenters are managers and supervisors who practice customer-unfriendly management?
