Well, they do say that truth is stranger than fiction. And now we have proof. The Bush administration argued that

the Employee Retirement Income Security Act permits an individual account holder to sue plan administrators for breaching their fiduciary duties.I wish I knew what their logic was. It's Cheney and Bush, man! They don't care about workers, not unless there's something in it for themselves. What is it? What is it, dammit?!
